Revenue Sharing Terms​

  1. Revenue Threshold: You can use this software for free until your project generates $10,000 USD in total revenue.
  2. Contribution Obligation: After exceeding $10,000 USD in total revenue, you agree to:
    • Pay 5% of your monthly gross revenue to the original author.
    • This applies to revenue generated through any business or product built using this software.
  3. Self-Reporting: You are responsible for self-reporting your revenue honestly.
  4. Payment Arrangements: After reaching the revenue threshold, you must contact the author at m.ilyas@live.com to arrange payment details and invoicing.
  5. Audit Clause (Trust-Based): While this license relies on trust, the author reserves the right to request basic revenue validation in good faith for fairness.

Restrictions​

  • You may not remove original copyright notices.
  • You may not sublicense this software under a more permissive license that removes the revenue share obligation.
  • You may not use this software for illegal purposes.
